As most new pages etc. refer to events in the 20th & 21st centuries, I have now started a new page for updates and new pages within the lgchronicle website. (A link to this is shown below.) This speeds up activating newly published and amended pages as I don't have to switch from one website to another.
When I first started building my website the software used by Homestead was different, and as we got to the year 2000, their software was improved and updated, so I started a new site to take advantage of this, but linked the two sites together for viewers. The main disadvantage being that I have to constantly switch between the two on occassion. The new site makes this easier for me and saves time, but should not affect anyone's viewing.
